Based on our many years of experience assisting our clients and answering their questions, we are pleased to be able to offer US seminars in Germany and Austria covering all the key topics about doing business in the US, starting in the fall of 2023. Together with our partner Ernst & Young we will offer two types of seminars.
The first will be a seminar aimed at companies looking to get started in the US market (US Market Entry Workshop). The second seminar will be aimed at companies already represented in the US market (Risk Management Forum).
Both events are aimed at the executives within your company who are or will be in charge of developing the US market or securing your company’s existing business in the US.
The US Market Entry Workshop provides a practical overview of the action items that need to be completed to make a successful start in the US market, while the US Risk Management Forum develops an in-depth risk management strategy that addresses the most important areas relating to liability for companies already doing business in the US.
